Lost my way.
I've worked so hard to loose weight and the last few months, I've been turning to food for comfort. Lots going on, but who doesn't have crap in their life, right? How can I get my head back in the game and stay there?

Been using MFP since November and am down almost 20. I lost 150 lbs with Weight Watchers, whose program I still love. Over the last few years my weight had been inching up, and MFP gave me that extra support and control I needed. Done extra support though is most welcome and I am happy to be a friend to others.

Thanks to my dentist, who told me about this ap, I am down 14.8 lbs since starting in November. I had list 150 with weight Watchers but was above my goal weight and stuck. Life threw some curve balls, and I was treading water. This ap has really helped, and my goal weight is in reach.
