Finally under 200..been a long time
My biggest has been around 220 I am 196 & I am not going back I have been over the 200 for yeaaaaaaarrrrsss.... next small goal is to be in the 180 by the end of Septmber. Please add me just started to build a community to help keep me motivated & hopefully I can motivate some one too! Don't want to go back to the 200!!

Hi I am looking for pals that can help me with my weight loss & help motivate me. I also hope that I can motivate some one as well. Been using this app for a while off and on lost several lbs during the last few months. But it's starting to be hard to lose weight I have plateaued the last few weeks.
