initial weight loss
I started using MFP January 5th and have been using the guideline of 1200 calories that MFP suggested based on my weight and a target of 2lbs loss a week. I normally stick to 1200 - 1400 calories a day with no exercise at all. However I have lost 14lbs in 29 days. Whilst I'm not complaining, am I doing something wrong?…
