Today was not a good day and I totally messed up my diet. Ice cream fatty sandwiches you name it. I feel awful. Like I failed today in some way. Does this happen to anyone else? Binge eating I mean. And what do you do about it.

22 and less than two years before my wedding!
Hey there guys! I'm 22 years old and getting married in September 2016! I am currently 235 lbs and want to lose 100 for the big day!
