Sabotage
My main two points of self sabotage are: I eat something that nearly blows my daily cals, so I give up for that day. I have a fear of being hungry, that irrationally keeps me thinking of things to eat.

Depressing time of life
I have been around 235ish for the last couple of years. I am 10 days in and my current life situation has large moments of depression. I know what to do but things are really bleak and I am just hoping to maintain my weight till some things change. And yes they will change. Love the ambiguity of life...
