Made this tostada today using garden veggies, fat free refried beans, whole wheat low carb tortilla, and egg whites. Calculated 282 calories. 42g carbs, 20g fiber (bringing net carbs to 22) 9g fat, 21g protein! Should keep me full for a while

Loaded miso soup
Made this for lunch today. Miso, water, cooked Shrimp, tofu, canned shiitake mushrooms, kale, dried wakame, frozen peas, marinated egg. Super quick to make!
