Just recently started my journey of losing weight again. I had lost around 25 pounds. But gradually gained it back. Trying to lose weight and keep it off. Long hard journey ahead of me but i wont stop this time!
Im gonna really do my best and stick to it this time. Taking baby steps trying to lose about 100. Been watching my calories and lost 12 pounds so far in 1 week. Any encouragement would be great :)
