Hello!! I'm trying to plan ahead for my daughters upcoming Volleyball Tournament. For the weekend I will be spending most of my days, in a large gym/convention center setting. Concession stand food will be available with plenty of walking tacos, nachos, hotdogs, etc, I plan on taking some fresh fruit, nuts & protein bars…
So I finally decided to get my big butt moving.... Just started back this week, started off just walking & my shins are hurting. Ugh!!!! Kinda frustrating since I finally decided to get going .... Any help on how to prevent these, what to do, etc, etc, All advice is appreciated! Thanks!!
