Making it work
So needed more fat and protein at 9p ! I ended up taking my chocolate protein powder and mixing it with very little water. Then put it in the microwave to make a brownie batter. Then added a 1 tsbp of natural pb! SUPER GOOD!! What types of snack concoctions have you guys come up with that you love?

Well I officially started and am laser focused! Did my first metabolic meltdown and trying to figure out how to add more macros but staying within my categories!
