Hitting a plateau
so I've been on MFP for almost 4 months now & I've lost a little over 30 lbs with maintaining a clean diet & gym 5 days a week. I've been on my fitness pal faithfully for a little over 2 months now. I log in everyday and stay true to myself and log in everything I eat/drink.
