Hi! I'm sort of new to this and need some advice! How do I know if MFP gave me the correct amount of calories I should be consuming? I'm 5'7 and 175 trying to lose 30 lbs. they have me at 1,836 calories a day. It's kind of a lot for me. I work out anywhere between 4-6 days a week. Can anyone let me know if that sounds…

As I lose weight, will my calories/fat/carbs and all that change automatically? I assume these need to be adjusted as I lose weight, right?
