Time to get positively serious!
2015 was horrifically sad for me, with the diagnosis of Hughes Syndrome- a blood clotting disorder with many serious consequences such as a stroke, heart attack or blood clots on the lungs. Although I'm starting 2016 very ill I am however starting it with some optimism. I would like to loose one more stone to be at my goal…
