Hi everyone I was 13.10 but now 13.2 I want to get to 12 stone I'm finding it really difficult to get motivated I've been stuck around 13.2 for a while I know I'm not gonna lose weight overnight ,I've got fitness DVDs and a treadmill ,when I'm positive and focused I'm on it but lately I seem to be just polishing the DVDs…
