I've just started on my diet two days ago I'm looking to get my bum down to 14st but I'm weighing in at 16,2 st at the moment. I've been tacking my macros for the last two days and today I'm on a low carb day so feeling a tired bit hungry lol.. O well it will be worth it when I'm down to my weight
