Feeling sick, lack of calories or carbs???
I've just started up trying to lose weight again this week. My goals are 1390/day, 1.5lbs/week (weight 180/height 5'4"). I've been eating all but a few of my calories everyday and have been trying to balance my fat/protien/carbs, but I'm used to eating much more calories and carbs and I'm wondering if reducing one of these…
