New to this group. I do understand I am one of the younger women here. However I do understand the struggle with menopause. I had a hysterectomy 10 years ago. It is good to have a support system in place. Especially others who understand where you are coming from.

Looking for support
I am new to this site and am looking for people like myself who have quite a bit of weight to lose and those who have done it to share tips with me. I would like to find someone to help keep me motivated and need lots of support. I hope I can keep someone motivated as well as well as be supportive. We all need it.

I am new to this site. Just looking for others who know what a struggle it can be to lose weight and keep it off. I have struggled most of my life. I am hoping this will be a new start for me.
