Keto friends!
Hi there! I've been using MFP on and off for years but am a week and a half into my keto diet. I've lost 6 pounds so far, have more energy and am genuinely excited for this new lifestyle. I'm hoping to add more friends who are doing keto. Any others out there looking for community? GW: 145 CW: 179 SW: 185
