Okay, so I know saturated fats and trans fats are "bad fats" and mono and poly unsaturated are "good." Should I cut out saturated and trans fats completely from my diet and replace them with mono and polyunsaturated? Or just lower them? I need help with my calculations. Hi :) I'm 21 and I started losing weight in march of 2014. I started at 194 lbs. My goal weight is to be 115 lbs. I've lost over 60 lbs (my weight fluctuates between 127-129) but I am really struggling with these last 15 lbs and it feels like nothing is working.
