Hello all, I am new to the site and 1) am having difficulty navigating around and 2) having trouble calculating my calories. Trying to be as precise as possible. Any suggestions?
I Just joined this site about 2 wks ago, down 1 lb and up. I'm trying to be honest with my entries, but finding it hard to be precise. That was why I no longer do WW. Can anybody shed some insight using the calorie calculator???
