Beach body question
I’m missing my gym and my heavy lifts. in the meantime am doing Beachbody. I’m on week 7 of Liift4. I enjoyed it but am wondering what i should try next. (I did two weeks of 80 day obsession. Hated it. Too many reps, too slow, no heavy weighs, etc) Has anyone tried 10 rounds? Is there a significant lifting portion? Are…
