We'll do a quick intro and then if anyone has any challenges for the week, we'll pick one and go Mon-Sat (Sunday being our off day/challenge sum-up). We'll pick a new challenge every Sunday as well and start on Monday again. Helping others along the way (food/exercise/exercise alternatives) is encouraged.
