I need to know what to eat and what not to eat, I know I shouldn't eat fast food, but what else should I stay away from? What should I eat to make me feel full and not get little junk food snacks? I'm having trouble and I really need the help.

Trying to lose it all!
I'm really young, and at my age being 5'3 and 223 pounds is everything but healthy. I'm trying to loose about 100 of it by next year. It's not going to be easy and I would like some support! Hope all of you reach your goals(:
