Just started exercising and I am sooo sore I can barely get up and down! What do you do for the muscle aches from exercise?? Do you rest untill the paid goes away or fight through it? TIA
I'm new to this journey and I struggle with it a lot. I exercise daily but eating great is another story! I have stopped sodas! My question is, is it enough?
So I'm back! I failed the last time I tried mfp but am determined to do better this time! I have quit working night shift and now have more energy to exercise! I am morbidly obese and have struggled my entire life with my weight. I will take all the advice and help I can get! Hope to make some wonderful friends here!
Hey y'all I have been working on losing weight since February and have actually been sticking to it! (surprisingly) I take zumba and have started walking every morning! I need to lose a good 150 pounds :( . But I need a lot of friends to take this journey with!
