2700 Calories a week!?
Hey I'm new, have no idea how this calorie thing works. It says I need to burn 2700 Calories a week which seems impossible. My main excercise is Bouldering which I try to do for 2 hours 3 times a week (been shortened to 2 times a week due to work conflicts) I've looked around and it seems you only lose about 100 calories…
