Lost nearly 8 pounds in one week - what?
Hi all, I've been strictly following MFP and working out consistently for about 5 weeks. The first few weeks I lost 1-2 pounds a week. I'm running about 10-12 miles a week and doing bodyweight strength training (squats, planks, pushups, etc). This week's weigh in I dropped from 154.4 to 146.6 - how is this possible? Is it…
