Can someone explain. To me how the Steps Calorie Adjustment works. I can never understand why sometimes there is a negative number even when I have logged more than my target 9000 steps. And the number changes throughout the day. I clearly am missing something and I would welcome an explanation. Thank you!!!

I just Joined MFP last week. When I look at the nutrition numbers my goal for protein is 162 grams. What is that based on? I have not come close to hitting that goal. Can I change it to something more reasonable. I just don’t eat that much.
