Weight loss when walking/running?
Hi all! Just a question in regards to those who are calorie counting & walking/running for weight loss... I started my journey two weeks ago, and am only weighing in once a week. I am 5'3" & started at 76.8kg (169.3lb). I'm doing 1200cal per day & 5 days a week of 1 hr cardio on the treadmill. I walk for the first 10mins…
