Challenge for people 5ft 2in, menopausal ,with over 30lb to loose by Christmas
Hi looking to start a challenge for people similar to me. I'm 5ft 2in and weigh 190 lb and bang in the middle of menopause. So thought I'd start my own little club with a bit of chit chat, motivation and logging of daily/weekly activities, calories, weigh ins. I'm starting on fri 1st September. Any one want to join me.
