6 years, 60 pounds- same place
Both pictures were taken at Angkor Wat, Cambodia. The first picture I was 200 pounds and miserable... the second picture I was 140 pounds and felt light as a feather!

I wanted to share this before and after photo... they were both taken at Angkor Wat, Cambodia. The first photo was in 2013 at 200 pounds, the second photo was taken in 2019, also at Angkor Wat, Cambodia at 140 pounds! I hope this is motivating to anyone out there that could use it today!!
