portioning when cooking.
I'm planning on buying a digital kitchen scale, and have a question. When this app says 4oz or 100g of hamburger or chicken, is this pre cooked weight or post cooked? Also, any one have recommendation of a cheap yet accurate scale one that does tare weight and uses both metric and standard measures? (ounces and grams)

Excercise for disabled diabetics.
I have degenerative disk and joint disease, pinched nerve root and spinal stenosis in my lumbar and neck. Walking hurts like hell so does sitting or standing for more than 15-20min at a time.
