Around 9:30 in the evening I get really hungry. I usually have supper around 5:30 - 6:00. I've tried drinking lots of water when the urge to eat hits, but it doesn't help. Having a piece of fruit makes it worse. Wondering if anyone else has this happen to them and how you handle it! Any advice is appreciated!
