Losing too much- dire need
I have upped my calorie intake to over 3300 and am still losing weight. I have my best friends wedding which I am standing in I n two weeks to the day and only have one option for a suit. I need to gain at least 6-7 lbs back so it fits. Any suggestions, tips, advice?!

What are some effective methods of building muscle mass. I don't want to be huge, just maybe 10% bigger than I currently am.

Don't want to loose motivation, support buddies anyone?
Three weeks of better eating and one week of exercise and no drinking. I really want to keep that streak going. Want to change my life trajectory and these are my first steps.

Starting to feel good about myself, don't want to lose that feeling.
Joined a gym and just started working out. Dropped almost 20lbs in three weeks. 25 more to go. Feeling pretty positive about this, which is kind of a big deal for me.
