Hi everyone, Just had to introduce myself. I am 57 and let myself go. Standing at 5'8" I ballooned up to 232 lbs. this group inspired me to get my collective sh-- together and I lost 28 lbs in the last 3 months. 20 more to go. Just wanted to say thanks
