Don't eat past 8
I've always been told you shouldn't eat past a certain time,7 or 8. But tonight I had to eat at 9. I'm still under my calories but hate going to bed after I eat. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this?? It has it helped them to put a cut off time on their eating?? Thanks

Weight fluctuates
I got on the scale this morning (straight out of bed) and weighed 221. I have been weighing 225 but I didn't believe the 221 so I worked out drank water and got back on the sce and it was up to 224. Why does it go up and down and how do I know the right weight??

Weight gain comes fast but weight loss so slow
I'm at my heaviest weight of 233. My short term goal is to be at 200. I've been using the app for 11days now and have came in under my calorie intake each day! I've only lost 2lbs and that is a little discouraging but I'm going to keep at it...btw I'm Jodie.
