Every time I step into a gym I feel like I'm being watched. I want soooo bad be a gym freak but I cannot get it passed my thoughts that's its only in my head. Anyone has advice.
Hi I've turned 38 today and changed my diet for 2 weeks now and lost 2lbs. My ultimate goal is 70lbs but after 50 I'll decide if I wanna just maintain that weight. I would love to give and receive support on this journey.
