Does anyone have cheat days that are supposed to give your metabolism a 'boost'? If so, what kind of foods do you 'cheat' with? :)
I lost 6 lbs first week and only 0.2 lbs this past week. I also did a juice fast previous to joining here and lost 8 lbs with that. My goal is to lose another 70 lbs this year and so far, I'm enjoying using this app! :)
