I am doing the shake for breakfast and one later in the day however I don't think that is enough calorie intake so what could a meal choice be?
Hello everyone my name is Jennifer. I turn 30 in just a few days on the 25th. I have vowed to myself and my sister that this is the last birthday I'm having that I'll be "obese"! I want to be out of the 300s! So far I have already lost 12 pounds but have much more to go! Good luck everyone!
