I've managed to lose 11 pounds with MFP and daily exercise but i feel I've hit a wall, with lack of motivation all of a sudden. does anyone have any tips on how to stay motivated when you hit a plateau? thanks x
Been on this site for a while now and the benefits are starting to show. Recently applied for the British Army and i am currently upping my fitness regime. love that people on here inspire others and motivate others, so i'm hoping that you will all do the same for me xoxo
