Today is my first day, I'm so excited. I've had a couple of false starts but I am finally ready. I would love to have a buddy.
I know a lot of clean eaters avoid coffee. But why? What's so bad about it? Is it the caffeine? If so, why is tea any better?
Does someone who is technically overweight belong in this group? My weight has yoyo-ed a lot over the years and I'm trying to lose about 30-35 pounds to get back to the lowest weight I have ever been. I felt great at that size and cant wait to be there again.
