Hi, does anyone have experience with a particular brand of fitness monitor that works well in counting calories in figure skating? I find it hard to estimate b/c there is a lot of stopping and starting.
I am a 47 year old woman trying to lose 5-10 lbs. When I can stick to 1600-1800 calories daily and exercise, I lose weight. My issue is that I am always STARVING in the afternoon.
