Goal weight loss of 45 lbs
I gained a bunch of weight after suffering from major depression and stress. I want to feel better about myself and stop the cycle I've been stuck in. I'm still having trouble with motivating myself to work out but the intent is there, and I know it is the only way to have a nice, toned body and keep the weight off.
