I am looking to get myself in shape, both mentally and physically. I just got back on to the site today and completed an entry for the first day in months! My goals are to eat healthy, increase the volume of books that I read, pray more frequently, and study the Bible nightly. Does anybody out there have the same goals?…
I'm headed out of town for a business trip next week, which means I'll be in situations where I won't be able to cook my own meals. In the past that has led to poor eating choices. Trying to get ahead of the problem and find an accountability partner. Anybody want to try and stay on track with me??
