I continuously fall off the horse. I will work out and eat clean for weeks sometimes even months at a time but then I fall off. It would be nice to have some one or some people to go on the journey with to keep each other motivated constantly.
just not happy about where I am and want a body that makes me proud to take my shirt off. I exercise all the time (lift and run) but I eat way too much. Would love to have someone to help each other on the journey and stay dedicated.
