Spartan Victory!
4 weeks ago I started a physical challenge at our local gym. The night of orientation they had us do a fitness test. I flunked! I did a 1 min plank, 15 military pushups, 13 sit-ups & 8 burpees.. The gym has Spartan days.. Where you have to do 100 jump squats, 200 pushups, 300 sit-ups, and 400 burpees. Today is week 4 day…
