Ya'll can I say, if you stay focused, drink your water, and increase your exercise will make a huge impact! I feel 120% better but I still have a ways to go... I can't wait to see where I am at in 3 months from today! Keep going!

One week on my journey - and I'm down 5.1lbs! woohoo.. I am eating 6 times a day. Eating breakfast, a small snack, lunch, a small snack, dinner, and a small snack. What snacks do you like best?
