Best exercise to lose weight?
I go to the gym regularly. My personal trainer put me on some exercise like interval training on the treadmill 30secs sprint and 30 secs rest for 15 minutes. 10 minutes on bike, crunchies squats etc. I feel i should do more cardio as i am 27, 165cm and 60kg in order to lose a bit of extra fat.
