Why is fat lost from some areas more than others?
I am 5ft 4" and have been maintaining at 132lbs since Easter. I would ideally like to lose more but if I go below this weight I become really bony in the chest and my arms get really skinny. It looks awful and I don't understand how I can have excess fat in some areas while others become almost skeletal. Is it just me?

I know this probably seems a stupid question but now that I have been successful in losing a considerable amount of weight I am struggling to know when to stop.
