I am 5'5" and weigh 157 lbs. I am constantly binging on sugar. I want to be thin again. So here I am. I will start logging in my food tomorrow. I just hope I can stop "stress eating" at work. Sugar is evil....it depresses me yet I keep reaching for it! "Tomorrow is another day."
