People at work....frustrating!!!
I decided almost 10 weeks ago to initiate a weight loss challenge at work. How often do you "indulge/cheat"??
I know what everyone says, one day/one meal won't hurt etc etc. However, I find it very shaming and feel very guilty if I'm in the red.
