After the birth of my twins which are 19 months my weight dropped like nobody's business even without trying.....I did start back jogging after I had them but I could eat whatever I wanted now 8 pounds has came on me and I got so used to eating a bunch and not gaining a pound I can't control my appetite..... Help please!!!!
